• Oversee day-to-day operations on the Yacht Club property, inside the Clubhouse, and on the marina. Monitor all Club programs to ensure they are running safely and smoothly.
• Involved in asset and inventory management, property and capital project management, and monitor operating expenses regularly. Participate in the annual capital and operating budget function.
• Report to and provide support for a 12-member volunteer Board of Directors and various Committees – actively participating on several Committees for special event planning and staffing purposes.
• Off-season engagement in assorted research and planning functions, grant application writing, and updating policies and procedures manual.

• Operational management responsibilities included effective and efficient of daily building operations, repairs, maintenance, and capital project management
• Financial planning, management and reporting responsibilities included procurement functions, tracking year to date and year over year operating numbers against budgets, and monthly discussions with Boards of Directors.
• Governance responsibilities included writing and amending policies and procedures for each Condominium Corporation, liaising with legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Communications responsibilities included management and circulation of all information to, from, and within the organization.
